We collect only what we need to arrange your flight.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Flight details: dates, passengers, pickup point and any special requests.
• For flights: passport copies and passengers' weights, which helicopter operators and permit offices require.
• Payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by us.

Why

To answer your enquiry, book your flight and permits, send you confirmations and receipts, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Who sees it

Our team, the helicopter operator flying you, and the government offices that issue permits. For rescues, also your insurer and the receiving hospital. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Passport copies are deleted one year after your flight. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after two years.
