What helps us price your flight
A helicopter is hired whole, so a couple of details make the difference between a rough figure and a firm one:
- Where you'd like to land. A tour name is enough, or describe your own route for a private charter.
- Your date, and how fixed it is. If you can move a day either way, we have a better chance of fitting you onto a shared departure.
- How many of you are flying. Up to five people fit, and the price per head falls with every seat you fill.
- Where you're staying. Pickup is from your hotel in Kathmandu or Pokhara, so it helps to know which.
What happens after you write
You'll hear back from a real person with a route and a price, normally on the same day. Once you're happy, you can pay by card online or with a 25% deposit and settle the rest before you fly. The evening before the flight we send your pickup time. For an Everest landing we'll also need each passenger's weight a day ahead, because that decides how the pilot loads the helicopter.
